Cancellation Policy
I completely understand that life happens — things come up, plans change, and emergencies can’t always be helped. However, my time in the salon is how I make my living, and every appointment is time set aside just for you.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least for cancellation before 24 hours. Any cancellations made within 24hours will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. If a client no shows their appointment and it is past appointment time , they are to be charged 100% service that is scheduled. This helps protect my time and allows me the chance to fill your spot with another client who’s been waiting to get in.
